Our ST-style ash guitar kit, with a custom loaded pickguard: printed with the artwork you choose, copper shielded on the back, and with the three pickups, the 5-way switch and the controls already installed. Add the matching tremolo cover and the back of the guitar matches the front. The skin comes already printed and fitted on the pickguard: there is no sheet to apply.
A custom pickguard is the quickest way to make a kit your own, and on an ST-style guitar it carries all the electronics. Here it comes printed, shielded and loaded in our workshop, so it costs less than buying the kit and the pickguard apart.
How It Works
- Choose the artwork: one of our designs, or upload your own image (logo, drawing or photo).
- Place it on the live preview to see the part of the design that ends up on the pickguard.
- Choose the tremolo cover: plain white, or printed with the same artwork (+£12).
- We print and fit the pickguard with copper shielding, install the pickups, switch and controls, and pack it with the kit.

FAQ
What is different from the standard ST kit?
The pickguard: it comes printed with your artwork, copper shielded and loaded with the pickups, switch and controls. Body, neck and hardware are the same as our ST Vintage ash kit.
Do I get a skin sheet to apply myself?
No. We print your design and fit it on the ST-style pickguard in our workshop, so it arrives finished: copper shielded, loaded with the pickups and controls. You just screw it on the body.
What is the matching tremolo cover?
The plastic cover on the back of the body, over the tremolo springs, printed with the same artwork as the pickguard (+£12).
Can I use my own image?
Yes. Choose "Your own image", upload it and place it on the preview. Use an image you own or have the right to use.
Do I still need to wire it?
Only the last connections: the pickguard comes loaded, and the kit uses solderless wiring.
How long does it take?
We print, fit and load the pickguard in 2 working days, then the kit ships from our workshop in Hoi An (about 15 days).
Can I add an engraved neck plate?
Yes: a custom engraved neck plate with your name or a date finishes the back of the guitar.
