1. Where We Ship From
We ship from our warehouses in the United Kingdom and France, and some products from our workshop. Each item ships from the warehouse that holds it; an order may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.
2. Dispatch
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Workshop and pre-order products: the expected dispatch and transit time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
- Custom products: lead time confirmed with your specification.
- Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment has reached our account.
You receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch)
- UK mainland, from our UK warehouse: next working day (DPD).
- UK, from our French warehouse: 3–6 working days (customs processing can add a little time).
- France: 1–2 working days.
- Other European countries: 3–5 working days.
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world: 5–7 working days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
4. Delivery Costs
Costs depend on the destination and the total weight of the order, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free-delivery thresholds apply to the order value at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us for a quote.
5. Finishing Products (Paints, Oils, Stains, Solvents)
Because of transport regulations, finishing products can only be delivered to the United Kingdom and to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If your cart contains finishing products and your country is not listed, checkout will not offer a delivery option — remove them or contact us.
6. Duties and Taxes
- United Kingdom and European Union: prices include VAT and any customs clearance. You pay nothing more on delivery. If you ever receive a customs payment request, contact us and we will pay it for you.
- Switzerland and Norway: import VAT or duties may be charged on delivery. Contact us before paying and we will help.
- Other countries (including the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand): import duties and taxes may be charged by your country and are payable by you. They are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
7. Delivery and Pick-up Points
We deliver to a home or work address where someone can receive and sign for the parcel. For delivery to a pick-up point, contact us before ordering and we will try to arrange it.
8. Missed Delivery, Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If you miss a delivery, follow the carrier's instructions to rearrange it before the parcel is sent back. If it comes back to us, contact us to arrange a new delivery (the new delivery may be charged).
- If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse it or note the damage on the delivery note, take photos and contact us — see our Refund policy.
- If your tracking has not updated for several working days or the estimated date has passed, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
