A custom neck plate engraved with your words: a name, a date, a serial number or a line that means something. Type your text, pick a layout and a font, and see it on the plate, and on a guitar, before you order. Move it, resize it or turn it until it sits exactly where you want.

How It Works

  1. Choose the plate: chrome, black or gold.
  2. Choose the engraving: natural (the bare metal shows, no colour added) or gold.
  3. Pick a layout (Name, Classic, Serial or Frame) and type your main text. The top and bottom lines are optional.
  4. Choose a font for the main text from 18 styles, from handwritten script to heavy metal.
  5. Drag, resize or turn the text on the live preview, add a note for our engraver if you need, and order.

We laser engrave it in our workshop and ship it in 4 working days. Want to check first? Tick "Send me a proof before engraving" and we email you the design within 2 working days, then engrave once you say yes.

Will it fit my guitar?

It fits guitars with a standard 4-bolt neck plate, which most ST-style and TL-style bolt-on guitars use. Check your current plate: 67.4 × 54.5 mm with the 4 screw holes in the same place.

Is it engraved or printed?

Laser engraved: the text is cut into the surface, so it does not rub off like print.

What is the difference between natural and gold engraving?

Natural engraving shows the bare metal under the finish, with no colour added. Gold engraving gives gold coloured lines, which stand out most on a black plate.

How long does it take?

We ship in 4 working days. If you ask for a proof, add about 2 working days and the time you take to approve it.

Can I engrave my own logo?

Is it a good gift?
