Our TL-style ash guitar kit, with the pickguard already done: printed with the artwork you choose, copper shielded on the back, and with the neck pickup installed on it. Your guitar looks like a one-off from the first screw, and you still have all the fun of the build. The skin comes already printed and fitted on the pickguard: there is no sheet to apply.
A custom pickguard is the quickest way to make a kit your own: no spraying, no masking, no skin to stretch over the body. Here it comes fitted in our workshop, so it costs less than buying the kit and the pickguard apart.
How It Works
- Choose the artwork: one of our designs, or upload your own image (logo, drawing or photo).
- Place it on the live preview to see the part of the design that ends up on the pickguard.
- We print it, fit it on the pickguard with copper shielding on the back, install the neck pickup and pack it with the kit.
- You build the guitar: body, neck, bridge, controls and solderless wiring, as with our standard kit.

FAQ
What is different from the standard TL kit?
Only the pickguard: it comes printed with your artwork, copper shielded, with the neck pickup installed. Body, neck, hardware and wiring are the same as our TL-style ash kit.
Do I get a skin sheet to apply myself?
No. We print your design and fit it on the TL-style pickguard in our workshop, so it arrives finished: copper shielded, with the neck pickup installed. You just screw it on the body.
Can I use my own image?
Yes. Choose "Your own image", upload it and place it on the preview. Use an image you own or have the right to use.
Can I paint or finish the body?
Yes. The body and neck are unfinished, as in the standard kit. Fit the pickguard once the finish is dry.
How long does it take?
We print and fit the pickguard in 2 working days, then the kit ships from our workshop in Hoi An (about 15 days).
Can I add an engraved neck plate?
Yes: a custom engraved neck plate with your name or a date finishes the back of the guitar.
