Bound TL-style kit, with your skin in the box
The skin tucks under the binding: no precise cutting, a perfectly clean edge, and room for a clear coat on top.
Skin: our designs or your own image | Body: ash or mahogany | Neck: maple or ebony fretboard | Headstock: TL-style, ST-style or sword | Binding: white, cream or black; top or top & back | Hardware: chrome, black, gold or none
Our bound TL-style kit, with a guitar skin in the box: any design from our skin library, or printed from your own image.
The binding is what makes the skin easy. Lay the skin on the top of the body, trim it roughly along the edge, then glue the binding over it. The edge of the skin disappears under the binding, so there is no precise cutting to do and the finish is perfectly clean. With the edge sealed, you can clear-coat straight over the skin.
Choose the fretboard and headstock, single or double binding, and your hardware, or none if you already have your own. The skin is printed in our workshop and shipped with the kit, ready to apply.
No soldering needed. Curious how it works? See your kit’s wiring diagram.
